Elle estime que toutes les patientes atteintes d\u2019endom\u00e9triose au Canada devraient avoir rapidement acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des soins fond\u00e9s sur des preuves et centr\u00e9s sur le patient. Elle est co-fondatrice et directrice m\u00e9dicale du BC Women’s Centre for Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis, une clinique interdisciplinaire unique, et a consacr\u00e9 sa vie professionnelle au traitement des patientes atteintes de ces maladies.\u00a0 Elle a fait un entrainement sp\u00e9cialise en techniques chirurgicales minimalement invasives pour les probl\u00e8mes gyn\u00e9cologiques et a fond\u00e9 le UBC Advanced Training Program in Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain pour \u00e9duquer d\u2019autres gyn\u00e9cologues et am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Elle fait partie d\u2019une \u00e9quipe de recherche active sur l\u2019endom\u00e9triose qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un financement substantiel de IRSC et a cosign\u00e9 de nombreuses publications dans ce domaine. Docteure Allaire est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un leader dans le domaine des soins de l\u2019endom\u00e9triose et a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e \u00e0 participer \u00e0 de nombreuses r\u00e9unions nationales et internationales, o\u00f9 elle a plaid\u00e9 pour une meilleure sensibilisation et un meilleur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des soins complets pour les patients atteints d\u2019endom\u00e9triose.<\/p>\n
