What are your endometriosis symptoms like?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
The day before I get my period is the worst day. Suddenly, I\u2019ll get the most intense pain in my pelvic area. It\u2019s so bad that I physically can\u2019t move without wanting to scream. I\u2019ll take Naproxen and go into the shower and allow the heat to hit where the pain is intense. It will usually take 30-45 minutes for me sitting there until I feel like I can move again.<\/p>\n
What was your journey to diagnosis like?<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I was young when I found out. The diagnosis was quick but the solution was \u201csorry, suck it up\u201d. Now being older and having a kid, it\u2019s actually gotten much worse. Due to COVID, I haven\u2019t been given an appointment yet to get help from a Gynecologist because I\u2019m not \u201cbad enough\u201d. So even though my pain and symptoms have been worse then ever. I unfortunately can\u2019t get any help.<\/p>\n What has your experience with treatment for endometriosis been?<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n My treatment isn\u2019t great yet.
