Alicia Long, MD, FRCSC, is a gynecologist and clinical fellow in the advanced training program in endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain and advanced laparoscopic surgery at the BC Women’s Centre for Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Alberta, Edmonton. As a clinician and member of EndoAct, Dr. Long has a passion for delivering the best possible medical, surgical and comprehensive care for patients with endometriosis. Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Reproductive and Developmental Sciences, her research in endometriosis is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
