As an active member of the Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Research Laboratory since 2017, Ms. Wahl works on strategies to raise awareness of  this condition, including school-based education programs and digital media campaigns developed in collaboration with people who have lived experience with endometriosis as well as other stakeholders. Her research about endometriosis has received funding from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research, the BC SUPPORT Unit, the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, and the UBC Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
