Lan Randhawa is an Emergency Medical Dispatcher and Call Taker for BC Ambulance. She has always strived to be a voice for the voiceless, whether it was advocating for patients at her work or finding resources for victims during her time at Abbotsford Police Victim Services as a crisis response worker. She brings a lifetime of personal experience to Endo Act having suffered from endometriosis since she was 13. In 2020 she joined the Patient Research Advisory Board with BC Women’s Hospital and has been on a mission to share their newly developed website with patients and clinicians. She has presented at the Celebration of Hope and the World Endometriosis Conference as a patient partner, giving clinicians insight into the emotional effects endometriosis has on their patients.
